York Residential

Class 4 - York Residential

Class 4 had a great time on their residential trip to York from June 3rd.  They explored the city centre, completed the Cat Trail, visited Clifford's Tower, Jorvik, DIG, York Minster and Barley Hall, and even managed to squeeze in a Ghost Walk and a trip to the park.  This was one of the best groups we've ever taken to York - and that is high praise as we have had some superb classes involved previously.

The children's behaviour was excellent throughout, they had a go at everything, got the most they could out of all the various learning opportunities, and even got to sleep well!  They all coped brilliantly with things being different from home, getting stuck into the food and respecting the staff at Wheatlands Lodge.

We also had every single child involved, so thank you to our parents and families for backing us - we really appreciate it, and we hope the children came home with plenty of stories to share with you.

It was an excellent few days away!
