At Moresby School, we value swimming and ensure that our children have opportunities to develop their skills in this area. 

Our 2022 leavers completed a course of swimming lessons in summer 2022 and were assessed as follows:

- 13 out of 16 can swim 25m confidently (81%)

- 13 out of 16 can swim at least two different strokes confidently (given the choice of front crawl, back crawl, breaststroke and butterfly) (81%)

- 13 out of 16 can perform safe self-rescue in a range of situations (81%)
