The children in our EYFS class had a fantastic morning on our community seasonal walk! We enjoyed exploring our local area and observing the changes around us.

Along the way, the children spotted builders at work, looked carefully at the different trees and noticed the variety of houses in our community. We talked about the signs of autumn and how the leaves are beginning to change colour.

Each child collected a leaf to add to our very own seasonal tree. We enjoyed comparing the leaves we found and discussing their different colours, shapes and textures.

It was a lovely morning of exploring, observing and learning together in our local community!
